More details to this question:
My wife is a US citizen. I live and work (civil engineer) in Dubai with a residency visa in UAE since 1981 (born, schooled, working since then). I intend to visit my in-laws in the US next summer along with my wife and our 3 children. My extended family (parent's bothers, sisters....) also live and work in UAE. I don't intend to immigrate to the US for now. what is my chance to get a visit visa? How can you help?
You don’t indicate where your wife and three children reside. If they reside in Dubai then your chances of obtaining a visitor visa are better than if they reside in America. The consulate will issue you a visitor visa if they think you will return to Dubai on completion of your visit. Your Ties to Dubai , work, property family etc, will be carefully scrutinized by the immigration department to make a determination. You should hire counsel to assist you so that your chances are better.
