I applied for a Transfer Treaty to my home home country and was denied. The OEO wrote that I am a "domiciliary of the United States" ( I am a dual national). I lived for the last 7 years in my home country overseas. I want to ask for a reconsideration of their decision. Is there here an attorney with experience with Transfer Treaty cases?.

It may be best to contact criminal attorneys rather than immigration attorneys. Criminal attorneys may have more experience in this area.
