More details to this question:
My father recently got arrested yesterday 1/3/2015. He is in Grandview, WA Police Jail. His name is Jose Miranda Reyes, The reason why he went to jail was because he had a warrant for his arrest and vialed in restraining order that the court had put between him and his step daughter. My dad served his time in jail and was reported back to Mexico. He came back early last year. Since he is in jail is there any way that we can help while he is in there? or is there any legal advice you can so I can help him in my behalf. I'm his oldest daughter and I was born in California.

Your father will need a criminal attorney to fight any charges against him. An immigration attorney will likely be unable to keep your father here as he was deported and illegally re-entered. This triggers bar for which there is no waiver. However, having your father meet with an immigration attorney is not a bad idea as the slightest change in facts can impact eligibility.
