More details to this question:
I''ve lived in the US for 11 years, never left the country, graduated high school and I am in college with a 4.0 GPA. Don''t have a criminal record and I could provided as many reference letters and anyone could ever ask for, but I turned 16 December of 2000 and my family arrived here in February 2001. Do I have any hope??
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals programs is very explicit that applicants must have arrived in the U.S. by June 15, 2007, and that the applicant be under the age of 16 on the arrival date. As you turned 16 before the date of arrival, you would not be qualified for the program.
