US Citizenship, Pending false Dowry cases in India

More details to this question:
I am Green card holder sine Oct 2007 ( employment based green card, I am a IT employee, clean records, no criminal background in USA) I got married in USA( Parsippany, NJ ) on 12/29/2008. She ( My EX) went to India on a one month trip(june 2009) and did not return and respond to me, I filed for Divorce in USA on Aug 2009 , Got Dvorced on 03/02/2010. In India she filed a criminal complaint against me ( my brother, my parents) claiming that I harrased for dowrey. that case is still pending in Indian court. with this situation, am I eligible to apply for US Citizenship. pl. advise. how should I convince the case ?

You are eligible to apply, but you will need to explain what is happening with the case in India.  The question is whether you are of good moral character.  You should engage a lawyer to help you prepare your application in order to place the situation in the best possible context.  I would be happy to represent you if you are interested.
