It is unclear what was the approval for and what visa was denied. If a fiance visa was denied, they need to send for revocation to USCIS at which point, you will be contacted with the intent to revoke and at that stage you will have an opportunity to file a rebuttal. If you will the case goes back to the consulate and they will have a harder time denying this time around.
