Visa E-2 and Bankrupcy

More details to this question:
Got a visa E-2 until 2019. If the company applies for a chapter 7 bankruptcy, what would be the implication for my visa? Edit question details Can I stay in United States until the expiration of my visa ? can I go back an forth between other countries and US ?

Your E-2 nonimmigrant status would terminate by operation of law if the business in which you invested no longer exists. You would not be authorized to remain in the country. You would begin accruing unlawful presence. Once you accrue 180 days of unlawful presence, you would be subject to a bar to admission.
