Me and my two boys were provided withvisas in our passports. We have now entered the United States and I’ve been here for four weeks our visas have expired and we are awaiting our green cards in the post. My son needs to return to England in September to complete his final year at University. At the immigration in San Francisco they explained we would need to get an extension on our visa if our green cards haven’t arrived in time, how do I complete the form and which form is this?
