Visa waiver holder

More details to this question:
I am a recipient of a visa waiver and would like to gain temporary residency here since my 13 year old american son was diagnosed with autism. There are no help available in my country so my presence are required here, how can you help me? I have certified letter from our government body confirming that help is not available in my country. I am in desperate need of your help.

Request a humanitarian visa and document it with medical proof. This is only a temporary visa. Failing that, return home and request B-2 visa, again with medical proof. You may be able to extend this visa for 6 months at a time. Again, it is a temporary visa.
