visting visa b2 - got white slip 221(g)

Hi, Recently My Mother has applied for Visiting Visa From INDIA, Visa offcier has given 221(g) White slip to my mom after completing the interview. he needs clarification letter from me. ISSUE Details : My mother has 1 Legal Name 1 Alias name. All Legal Documents(voter Card, passport and other GOVT issued proofs) are under her Legal Name, but visa office raised question about her alias name, we did not mention any alias name in visa application and any other GOVT related Docs. but somehow he pulled some regards under her alias name. so please suggest me what to do.

You need to respond to the request. This response needs to carefully address the consular officials concerns. Your mother is at risk of being found to have made a material misrepresentation. It is not clear why you failed to disclose your mother's alias given the application clearly asks for other names used. I encourage you to work with an attorney.
