What are my chances if I file for another i-30?

I’ve been married to my husband for 2 years. We have a 1year old son and twins on the way. I recently had an interview and my husband was a no show. My i-30 was denied. Before I got married I had filed for TPS and that got denied because I had two charges of petty theft. I’m scared to file for another i-30 as he might now show up because I’m filling domestic violence. What are my options? Someone please help.
