Husband is an illegal from mexico but has been living in the usa since age 16 (now 32). Was picked up by immigration at our residence and had been held for past 20 days only information we have been given is he will see a judge in a week which will make it almost a month . What are his rights and what will happen now ?

Your husband may be represented by an attorney but the government does not provide attorneys. It would be best for your husband to have an attorney represent him.
