What are my options of getting a quick employment authorization?

More details to this question:
I was filled for green card/ citizenship by mum in January 2014 and till now there has not been any response from uscis. I just graduated from a university in the uk and am presently in the USA. As a visitor, I can't work and my case is still pending ? What can I do ? I am very worried

Employment authorization is only available to those who have filed an application for adjustment of status based upon a pending or approved family petition.
