What are our options/possibilities in this case?

Got detained by the police for a DUI, they let him go because "immigration didn't want him" after his court they just let him go. Weeks later ICE picked him up when he was headed to work. He has paid all his fines at full finished most of his classes he still has a month left for some. He pleaded guilty for the DUI due to the attorney he had saying that was his best shot. He has an ankle monitor now and has ICE agents checking up on him or vice versa. He has his master court on June. This DUI is his first record/offense. (i'm his girlfriend and a U.S Citizen)
