The N-400 directions are relatively clear - the form tells you what to include. In addition to the documents that you have listed, we also recommend photos and proof of tax payments. If you would like to have the complete document reviewed before submission, please feel free to contact us for an initial consultation. Please note that the Form was recently updated and that soon you will have to be using the new N-400 Form.
