You, probably, would not like this recommendation, but you have to find a good immigration attorney. Someone has to take your case back to the immigration court and win it there. No matter how much advice you might collect on the Internet, this task is too much for someone who is not a specialist in immigration law. If ICE takes you back into custody or schedules execution of the removal order, helping you will become even harder; and, if you get deported, bringing you back can take years - and no one can guarantee you that it can be done. So, I advise you to start looking for an attorney without any delay.

You must file motion to reopen your deportation case before the immigration judge. There is no guarantee your motion will be granted and you should speak to attorneys who are experienced in doing motions to reopen. If the judge approves your motion to reopen, then, you can apply to adjust status [green card] before that judge. Please note that you are now subject of a final order of removal and despite your approved petition, ICE can take you into custody and physically remove you from this country at any time. You are very lucky you were not arrested when you went for the I-130 interview. Before your luck runs out, speak to an immigration attorney who can help you reopen your deportation case.

Speak with your lawyer about your case. She knows all the facts. Asking a question like this on here is not going to help you.
