More details to this question:
what can I do if my mom's visa was denied per INA Section 212-a-6-C-i -wrongfully accused of crossing ilegaly more than 40 years ago I am USA citizen but have not petition her because she cannot stay in the USA longer than 1.5 months -medical benefits in Mexico I wanted to take her on a cruise in March, so I purchase cruise and plane tickets. Is there anything I can do?

You left too many issues unanswered.  For example, where is your mother now?  Was she applying for an immigrant or non-immigrant visa.  She may be eligible for a waiver of this bar to admissibility, but such a waiver could not be filed and processed by March.  In fact, processing of such cases can take a year or more.
