QUESTION

What can I do for my daughter, I-130 approval is taking longer than expected.

Asked on Oct 13th, 2019 on Immigration - Florida
More details to this question:
US Citizen, applied for my daughter in 2016 (she was over 21), but the approval time is extending more and more, month after months. She is alone in Italy and would like to reunite as soon as possible. What can she do to legally move. I have my mother (her grandmother) 86 years old in need of assistance, can this be a good reason as I need to work? And her brother is here too (he is 16 and already US Citizen)

Is your daughter married? Go look at the state department visa bulletin. It will show you what cases (based on the filing dates) they are currently beginning to process. It likely will take more time.
