What can I do if I don't want to get deported?

hi, i came to the states april 2011, started my greencard, we all the time hadnt enough money to pay all petitions, bc the immigration office was really expencisve. In that time me an my husband had alot of problems and he took my kid end of Nov, 2011 to another state and came back middle of march. in that time he told me he dont want to do the interview with me anymore and he dont care if i get deported or not. now i try to find out what to do. they denied my I-130 now and i really dont want to get deported and my kids are here. im so lost. please help me After he is back he gave me my ittle daughter and he lives with his parents and my big daughter together and i live her with my friends. do i have rights somehow?

Unless your husband is willing to assist you, the petition that he filed for you cannot be completed.

If the I-130 is denied, there is nothing really you can do. You may have possible relief based on abuse under the Violence Against Women Act!
