What can I do if my husband is custody with ICE?

My Husband was place on the Deportation list in Sept 2010 we were Married in May 2010 and we just had a Baby in the US that Aug 2010. He never knew he was placed on the deportation list because he moved to a different address. His Lawyer is trying to work something out but it's going on 3 weeks since he's been locked up what else can we do to get him out?

It sounds like he has a deport order. Hasn't your lawyer explained the Motion to Reopen process to you?
