What can I do to prevent my boyfriend from being deported?

My boyfriend is in jail for charges that were dropped. What can I do to stop him from getting deported? He is illegal. We have A daughter together a lady hit our vehicle and he was driving he got two charges leaving the scene and careless operation he went to court a bond was set for those charges but he got a hold for immigration those two charges have been dropped is there ANYTHING I can do to stop him from getting deported?
