What can my brother do to speed up the citizenship process?

More details to this question:
My brother been waiting for citizenship oath notice for about 8 months. He did follow up and he was told that the number of marriage on the application form was blank and the one that process his paper put 7 times they are checking. Is he a notice what the problem is? What can he do to speed up the process?

If he has been married before but the application form shows blank that should have come up at the time of the interview. He should make another INFOPASS appointment and ask to speak with an immigration officer.
