My fiance had an interview with the consular office this month and was denied. The consular officer had doubts about the validity of our relationship though we have submitted a lot of evidences. Is there a way we can reverse the decision?

You should seek the advice of an immigration attorney who will review the documents that were submitted and help with putting together a complete application package for you. Depending on the response you received by mail from the consular official, you will be able to apply again.

Yes,. We just had a similar case where the US Consulate refuse to issue the visa; and sent back the case to the USCIS for revocation of approval of the Form I-130. We were able to present evidence to the USCIS and persuade said agency to sustain its approval of the petition and the case was sent back to the US Consulate. Contact an attorney.

No. They will mail the file to DHS. You can then defend your relationship with DHS. DHS will then mail the file back to the Consulate and they will have to approve.
