What do I do if I applied for H1B and plan to get married?

I applied for an H1B visa on April 1, 2014 and wanted some related advice. I am engaged and my Fiance is in back home, we are planning to get married this summer here since I can't get back home before getting H-1B issued and he will apply for a B1/B2. I wanted your advice on how to plan something like this with respect to visa application dates and if there will be any conflict with the H1B application. and when I can apply for him to get H4. Is it risky to get married here in USA and change his status here while I am waiting my H-1B get issued or it is better to apply for His H4 from back home after getting married here?!

There is no short, simple answer to this. There are lots of options and at my office, we can easily spend 30 minutes discussing all of those options.
