What do I need in order to get my parents papers to be in the US legally?

I am 21 years old. I was born in Arizona. My parents came to the US with a tourist visa about 12-13 years ago and they stayed in the US and have not left since. And I want to get them papers for them to be able to go to Mexico and visit my grandparents and for them to also be able to work in the US legally and have all the freedoms that I have. What forms or applications do I need to fill out? And, what would I need in order for them to get accepted for a green card? I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona.

Combined I-130 &I-485. They should be okay fairly quickly but you also file affidavit of support for them.
