What do I need to fix my fiance papers ?

More details to this question:
I am turning 22 in march and my fiance is turning 18 in july . I am a U.S Citizen and he is from Mexico . We are planning on getting married over there a few months after he turns 18 . I want to know how long it would take me to fix him papers and what I need to do . He has never entered illegally and has no criminal records .

If he has never entered the U.S. without inspection, and he is currently in Mexico, then you would need to apply for either a K1 Visa (fiance visa) or a K3 Visa after you are married. If you can prove that you two are in a real relationship and have met each other in person, then you should have no problems applying for a K1 visa. You should seek the assistance of an immigration lawyer to help you with your petition.
