What documents would we need to file to Homeland Security to adjust my status?

More details to this question:
I came into the US as an F1 student, graduated with a Bachelors Degree got my OPT work authorization and went out of status after my one year OPT expired. My 1-94 says D/S with no date. Now...I married my fiance in December of 2012 (Three weeks ago).

If you are married to a US citizen, you are eligible to adjust status within the US even if you have been out of status.

Your wife should file the I-130 petition , and if she is a US citizen, you can file the I-485 application at the same time.

If your spouse is a citizen, file the I-130 and I-485 and for EAD.
