What else can I do for them to update my I130 petition?

More details to this question:
It's been more the 60 days and my I-130 for my wife has not been updated. I submitted a form as residence on March 22nd and updated on August 12 as I became citizen. I called the center and they keep saying that I will get a receipt/notice but nothing yet. I called center twice and same answer.

You should do an Info pass and go to your local CIS office and make an inquiry. Provide the local office all necessary information necessary for the update.

You should have received an updated receipt notice by now. The other option is to submit the updated information by mail using the address listed at the bottom of your original receipt.
