What is my risk of getting deported?

Are you in removal proceedings? If so, your risk of being deported is great if you do seek relief from removal or, at the very least, administrative closure. If you are not in removal proceedings then your current risk of removal is minimal unless you are an enforcement priority. This is not to say you could not be removed.
