Im trying to locate where exactly I was petitioned or added to my mothers file back in the 80's. I requested my foia and got nothing much. Would it be under the petitioners name file..my moms? I know it exists because I have letters stating it.. also my mom has a decline because of lack of visas but the letter says u and ur son.

Your mother show ask for her own A-file. It should have your information in it.
