What is the full process of getting my new Romanian wife to America?

My fiancee and I will be getting married next week and we're looking to start the visa process right away upon my return to the states on April 30th. We are in need of some guidance and need to know if hiring a lawyer is the best route to take this so we can expedite the process. I'm looking to know what the full process is involved in getting her to the states after our marriage, the cost range with an attorney plus the visa costs, and how long it will take to get her there. I'm an American citizen. Any information regarding the visa process for a spouse (Form I-130 i believe) would be greatly helpful. Also, what is the minimum amount for the Affadaivit of Support, I have about a 28,000 year/income. Will this be sufficient?
