what is the procedures i can take against my lawyer

I and my family came to the US in June we applied for the immigration we got a lawyer to submit our documents and he don't even answer our calls and when he answered he told us that he submitted our documents and he wasn't he submitted it in August we received mail that our documents is not completed we met the lawyer in Sep. and we agreed we are going to get him the missing documents from Egypt 09/14 and he said the immigration will confirm after two weeks also he suppose to get us receipts for the 13,000 because we just received receipts for 2,700 some thing and he said one week every thing will be ready to get it now a month passed and he still don't answer our calls i went 10/11 to his office there were lots of people have the same problem with him and fighting he told me please do me a favor come Friday 4:00 10/13 i drove hour 15 min his car was in front the office and the office light was on i called him he said i still in the court i will call you when i come till 7:00 nothing
