What is the process for immigrating with K3 spouse visa?

My wife and I got married in Taiwan in September and want to move back to my home country USA. She is Taiwanese.

At average it can take a year since the i-130 must be filed and approved. That alone can take 6 months.

It will take about 9-12 months. You have to petition for her but since the time to get an immigrant visa is about the same, I would suggest that you not go the K-3 route but just the immigrant visa petition.
