QUESTION

What options do I have if I recently received RFE on my initial DACA application?

More details to this question:
I came in to the States when I was 14 and was F-1 visa holder until 2010. So I was legal to go in and out of the States for my summer vacation as a legal full time student. Each of 5 in/out entries were minimum 3 weeks to maximum 105 days. Now USCIS is asking for evidence of any flight tickets, wedding invitations, and evidence of funeral if I ever attended during 2007 to 2010. I only have airplane mileage showing what airport I went out from and entered back in. Also, few dentist records and stamps on my passport. Is it risky? Would they consider these as evidence? Would they count it as brief? Considering I was full time student and legal to come and gone then. I don't know what else to prepare.

You have no choice but to respond to the RFE with all possible evidence you have. Consult an attorney in person.
