More details to this question:
My name is Maria Perozo I am from Venezuela. I came to Winona State University, in Winona, Minnesota with a Student Visa F-1. In 2016 I was arrested with a DUI that ended up being a careless driving. I received an email from the USA Embassy in Colombia (Where is the location from where I applied and got my student visa from due to me living there for 6 years) saying that my visa was no longer valid and that I had the opportunity to reapply for one. However I spoke to my dad about this and we had an attorney review this email in case of a spam. He said that it was a spam so we never took action with this. I was not able to leave the US until December 2017 to go visit my family. Not knowing that my visa was invalid since August 2016, I left the country to finally visit my family after two years and got stopped on my way back in Frankfurt, Germany, where I was about to take my flight to Chicago, IL to then go to Minneapolis, MN.

it appears that your visa might be invalid/expired and need to renew. Please hire an attorney to review the case and advise you accordingly. If you can call our number at 877-866-8665 please do so, if not you can work with an attorney via email at smsattorney@gmail.com and the attorney will call you.
