That is a very complicated question.  Your employer is responsible for ensuring the job they offer is eligible for recruiting a foreign worker.  Depending on the nature of the job and the employer's needs, that may involve either a non-immigrant or an immigrant visa and the recruiting requirements differ for each.  Your employer should be the one asking these questions since they will have to comply with all the rules, not you.  What position would you be taking and what are the minimum qualifications for the position?
