what should i do about the selective services registry?

More details to this question:
been in the US since 2000, i was 20 at the time. was married twice .first marriage 2002 didn't go through. I got my green card from my current marriage on 2011 .I was 32 at the time .I'm getting ready to apply for my citizenship and I got to the SSR question. What should I do ? thx.
