Do you have a written agreement with your attorney?  If so, you should review the agreement to see what it says about refunds or terminating the agreement.  If the work has already been completed, you may be stuck.  You should have checked with other attorneys before agreeing to that fee.  If you believe that the attorney has done something unethical, you can contact your state bar association.   Good luck!
