My dad filed for me from nigeria back in 2006 and it was approved.i got to USA 2006.after residing in the country for 5 years without and criminal record I decided to file for my citizenship which was denied and a removal case was opened by the uscis.they said the DNA test I did proved that my dad is not my real dad.i did another DNA test and it proved the same.i don't know any other man as my dad apart from this man.i swear by everything we both didn't know this until now.unfortunately my mum is late but before she died she never told either me or my dad that he his not my dad or am not his daughter.my whole life is in a big mess rite now don't know what to do.i need help.he his the only man I know as my dad.i have proof of this.uscis thinks am lying but why will i lie.what can I do.i need help
Assuming that your dad married your mother and everything is as you have related, you may still be able to retain your permanent residence under the alternate theory that he was your stepfather.
