I am apermant residant since 1998; and l left the country in 2003, for family reasons , and my creen cart expiered at 2009 , and I would like to renew my green cart , and by the way am residant now in k .s.a ;

You can renew your green card by filing form I-90. However, if you have been outside the US for a long period, you may have abandoned your permanent resident status.
