What should we do if he gets into the deportation process?

More details to this question:
My husband was pulled over and had a citation for driving on a suspended license. He is an illegal. He will do 5 days. We are afraid that when he gets out he will be put on deportation process. We are married and have 2 kids.

Yes he is likely to be put in removal proceedings We can help though. He has 2 USC children? He has relief.
