What steps and paperwork required to visit and live in Egypt?

PS: i am sending this message again because the previous answer didn't give me anything...I live in Egypt and she lives in Germany. Hello, my name is Amr, i am 20 years old from Egypt, Cairo and my girlfriend Corinna is 18 years old from Germany, Mönchengladbach. we are in love, things aren't going very well for her in there, she has some problems with her family, school and such. she wants to come visit me in a few months and if she likes it here she will want to stay. my question is, what kind of steps and qualifications and paperwork she will need to do for something like that..first for the visit and then later for living here if she likes it...she would also have to switch to a high school or college here and maybe get a job in the future, i need to know exactly everything about this...whats the rules and how it can be done. thank you
