Tamryn has been declined with the 214B document after her first appointment at the USA Consulate - Assuming that the extra training offered after the Youth World cup by her Trainer in USA being the reason. She have done the major changes by Cancelling the extra training in USA to travel with the team leaving on the 13 June and return with the team on 9 July 2018. Her ties are strong although she is not enrolled at a University as most of the coures only open enrollment in June / July for Studies in 2019.She has a job with letter of appointm They booked her second interview with the team and was declined again with the same letter 214B. We are not sure about the exact reason for this decline as she has done the major changes and the rest of the team has been approved. Please could you offer us more information as this is an amazing opportunity and she would not like to let her team mates down, they will be riding as a team and need every team member there.
Unfortunately consular officers have much discretion of whether to issue or deny visiting visas.
