I have been married for a year and a half to a US citizen, but I have an outstanding order of deportation. When we came to the us, we crossed through Canada (originally from Argentina) and were inspected and issued a court date. Immigrations took our passports. My mother missed the court date. I was seven at the time and thus could not do anything about it. Now I’m trying to fix my situation. I am 23 years old now. Is it even possible for me?
You may be eligible to apply through the I-212 and then the I-601A Waiver along with an I-130 and application for adjustment of status. Once an attorney gets a full time-line of events, you may be able to start a process that would lead to a legal status.
