My husband was granted an admin close on his deportation case but was then convicted of a dui. He is requires to serve 2 days in jail. Will he be picked back up by ice after his 2 days? He's been here for 14 years and we have 4 children. I am a US citizen. No prior convictions

Your husband may or may not be taken into custody and his removal proceedings reopened. It will be up to Immigration and Customs Enforcement as to whether to reopen the removal proceedings and push for your husband's removal.
