If there is no criminal complaint filed by the police and you have not been charged with any crime, your arrest should not affect your green card petition. However, if a criminal complaint has been filed against you, it could affect your green card, depending on what crime the District Attorney charges you with, and whether you are being charged as a misdemeanor or felony. If you have received a citation to appear in court on this arrest, I strongly suggest that you contact an attorney with experience in criminal and immigration matters.

Based on what you stated there is no pending criminal charges and if this is the case, from immigration perspective, you have no issues to be concerned with at this time.
