What would be the most effective way of us getting her papers fixed?

My fiancé and I are currently engaged and planning to get married soon. We're both 21. Being just married by city hall and putting in her paper work or having her go to Mexico and me asking for her. Any other method is also welcomed. Thank you for your time.

Nobody will be able to tell you without knowing all the facts. Usually it is possible to get a green card here if the non citizen entered the country legally.

Significantly more information is needed in order to provide answers: Are you a U.S. Citizen? What is your fiancee's current immigration status? Did she enter the U.S. lawfully and with inspection? Etc. There really is no substitute for engaging an immigration attorney who, after learning all of the relevant information, would be able to advise about immigration eligibilities, options and strategies and would be able to offer legal representation for the recommended steps.
