when can I apply AOS?

More details to this question:
I am on OPT right now, I married to green card holder and then she filed I-130(priority date is 31st december) for me and about a month ago it was approved and now my case is at NVC. when should I apply for the Adjustment of Status?

You may only file for AOS if your priority date is current on either the final action bulletin or the AOS application filing date bulletin. You can find the bulletin at https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo. In the interim, you must continue to maintain nonimmigrant status in order to file for AOS.
