When can I become a citizen and what is "rollback"?

More details to this question:
I got my green card based on asylum. The date on the green card is 02/24/2010. Is the actual date on green card is already rolled back?

You will be eligible to apply for naturalization within 4 years and nine months of the day you were admitted to legal residence. Your adjustment date is the date on your green card with the notation : resident since. Note that in addition to the 4 years and nine months lawful residence requirement, there are other conditions that you must satisfy before you can be admitted to US citizenship.

Yes, the date on your green card is already "rolled back". "Rollback" is a 1-year credit towards the 5-year permanent residence requirement for naturalization. You had to wait a year after receiving asylum before you could file for a green card; this year is "credited" to you for naturalization purposes. You can file for citizenship on 11/24/2014.
