I entered US on feb 2008 as a K2 visa holder besides that i have to leave the country i was on travel document when i got my PR issue date was not feb 2008 but infact 2009. my mom is an us citizen now and i am already 21 when can i apply for my citizenship and also from 2008 i have been leaving in same state.
